Certitude notifications are posted to a Google Group. You can subscribe to it and receive notifications of puzzles being published in specific quadrangles by selecting the topics covering them, then choosing "Email updates to me" in the topic options drop-down. This option is available if you set your membership to not receive all email updates. Your subscriptions can be found here.
